Roosevelt Hills comfortably hosts intimate gatherings up to 175 guests in our open-air pavilion, with space for 75–100 guests inside the historic schoolhouse. Every event is unique, and we’re happy to walk through your specific headcount and layout options during your tour.

Absolutely. We work with your photographer, caterer, florist, and musicians. We keep our vendor policy straightforward, no exclusivity deals, no surprises. Just bring people you trust, and we'll make sure they feel welcome. All vendors must be licensed + insured and preapproved by Roosevelt Hills management team 30 days prior to event.

Food must be provided by a licensed + insured catering company and also must be preapproved by Roosevelt Hills management team 30 days prior to event. No, you cannot provide your own beverages. DJ's, florists, and photography must have prior contact with venue coordinator prior to your event.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your date on our calendar. Final payment is due in full four months prior to your event. Different terms apply for shorter engagements or short notice scheduling. Payment arrangements for the last 50% can be made in smaller scheduled payments. Any additional charges from the event (i.e. additional beverage package expenses etc.) will be settled the night of your event.

Our schoolhouse and covered pavilion keep your celebration on track. We'll work with you to adjust timing and flow if needed. Rain doesn't stop the magic here, it just adds character.
