Absolutely. We work with your photographer, caterer, florist, and musicians. We keep our vendor policy straightforward, no exclusivity deals, no surprises. Just bring people you trust, and we'll make sure they feel welcome. All vendors must be licensed + insured and preapproved by the Roosevelt Hills management team 30 days prior to event.

Food must be provided by a licensed + insured catering company and also must be preapproved by the Roosevelt Hills management team 30 days prior to event. No, you cannot provide your own beverages. DJ's, florists, and photography must have prior contact with venue coordinator prior to your event.

To reserve your date and begin planning your event, a non-refundable first payment of 50% is required. From there, we’ll guide you through a flexible payment schedule leading up to your event, with the final balance due four months prior. For shorter timelines, we’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your needs.

We’re happy to break the remaining balance into smaller, scheduled payments to make the process seamless and stress-free. Any additional event-day enhancements (such as beverage upgrades) will be finalized the night of your event.

Our schoolhouse and covered pavilion keep your celebration on track. We'll work with you to adjust timing and flow if needed. Rain doesn't stop the magic here, it just adds character.
